Communication with seller was good though and It eventually turned up after 2 weeks. Seller did offer to send out a replacement but I don't know whether it was this, or the original that I received. I've given positive feedback because I feel that it was Royal Mail that messed up, and the tie was good value, so I'll have it should I ever need it in the future.
