Received item past the estimated delivery time frame. Listing stated NEW but it did not look like one at all. The box was so dirty inside and out; the item itself looked old and already used. Even the two styrofoams holding the item in place also looked dirty and somewhat yellowish already. One of the screws was already rusting. Contacted the seller who wanted me to return the item so I can get a refund. Didn’t hear from them again when I asked if they will pay for shipping it back.

They were used, not new, and very well used at that. But I think it was just an oversight and he was very honorable, and refunded the whole amount. He was not very good with communication and didn't tell me to return them as I asked several times for a return label. But it didn't matter because he refunded them without issue and he still didn't say anything about sending them back. I give him a positive rating because of how he handled it for me. I thank you...
