CAUTION: Read the FDA warnings before use
I can't deny, I took this once and it was the most intense aphrodisiac I've ever taken. It also gave me the most incredible energy I've ever had. It also caused my blood pressure to skyrocket to dangerous levels!! Everyone rated it 5/5 so I tried it, however; although I usually look up herbals before taking I didn't with this one. There are a number of reputable and scholarly sources from proven studies showing Yohimbe as dangerous to take. Yohimbe bark contains a chemical that has been linked to heart attacks, kidney & liver failure, seizures, and possibly other fatalities. In fact, several countries have banned it. Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Also if you read the label it specifically says NOT to take with tyramine containing foods like cheese or wine. I'd ... This is a stimulant and there are other safer although less potent herbals you can take like Shilajit, Fenugeek, Horny Goat weed, tongkat ali (longjack), Ashwagandha, D-Aspartic Acid, or just try GNC testosterone booster capsule you can get locally. I'm not trying dissuade anyone from buying this product nor claim it doesn't work. I'm merely trying to inform people. If you decide to take it despite the warnings, I recommend emptying at least half of the capsule the first time you take it to ensure you don't have the unpleasant jittery side effect

Pro's - In addition to feeling like I want to lift I don't feel like eating which in my case is a good thing. Con's - You will sweat & I recommend eating a bit before taking as it makes my stomach upset if I don't. I will be ordering more when I'm out.
