Delivery person left the box outside in the pouring rain all day and I didn't get home until evening. They were great to do business with. communication was speedy. They were willing to rush my order. It arrived when they said it would (actually a day ahead , I think!). Yes, it was costly to ship, but that was because i wanted it now and they are in Michigan and I am in Oregon.
My only suggestion for improvement is to add in the description whether the stripes run parallel or horizontal to the selvage (one of them had that info, the other didn't).
