    When the item arrived, it was not in a sealed box or in “new” condition and the item inside was completely different than what was advertised. I issued a return and the next day the seller messaged saying they didn’t want to go through the box and ruin its condition but apologized and offered to give a refund not including the shipping. I informed them I wanted a full refund as the item was the wrong brand, the wrong technology and wasn’t new. They did not reply and eBay stepped in to process.

    Seller waited 5 days to send product to me. Seller didn’t answer my messages to where the package was until the day it was delivered …It arrived late for my sons birthday also. Seller stated she was out of town until the 2nd of August but it was mailed out on the 1st. I suggested to seller that it is courteous to let buyers know if there is a delay in delivery. I know she expected my payment promptly.
