I ordered 2 of the item but only one was shipped. Having had bad experiences before, I wondered if reaching out would do anything- I sent a message anyway. Not only did I receive an immediate response they gave me options. I told them I wanted the product. Within 24hrs I had a tracking number and received my item within the week!! Best experience, Great seller!!!Follow-up from: 0***0- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.It ends up THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. Once we opened the package we realized the labels were over a decade old and did not have the features that were listed on the product page. They took a picture from a newer version of the product, with the features I needed, and used that to sell an old version. I informed the seller and they could care less. I informed Ebay and they could care less.
