- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchasetacoma roof rack arrived quick and for the price i cannot complain, fitment is just "ok" and requires some force to fit correctly. side bars are difficult to install even after making all possible adjustments. i recommend to apply some glue or tape to square nuts because they will fall out if removing arms completely. for the price it is worth it, if you want something high quality and heavy duty this rack is not for you.

It is clearly designed to mimic the OEM optional roof rack, but the molding is far from precise. Up close there are gaps and warps, and the rails require serious effort to align and latch. The double stick tape did not stick. The bolts are very low grade and strip far too easily. The instructions were not always clear, and parts should have been labeled for each side, but weren't.

I just question that it being New but it was a good price

Product arrived fast, but the corner of the box was pushed in and I hoped non of the fragile plastic bolt on mounts wasn’t broken but it was, now I know stuff gets broken through shipping but why not at least put “ fragile “ somewhere on the box or just a little more cushioning in the corners and when I contacted them about it they said sorry we’ll let our warehouse workers know about it and tried giving me a $8 refund , and asked if I could fix it my self. Like.
