I received this item approximately 3 weeks ago. Since that time I have been unable to start it with the electric start. I contacted the seller and he told me to take it to a honda dealer. I did so and they were unable to fix the problem. I would to return the problem at the seller's expense and obtain a full refund. I appreciate your attention to this problem. Ernest Belanger
