Described as "bulk nipples", but the price of over $8 was for ONE nipple- building a wheel with $8 nipples would be prohibitively expensive. I followed up with a phone call and didn't get anywhere. Discouraged, sent the 2 nipples back. The return was expeditiously processed. Found them later on another site for $0.23/nipple. I've dealt with this company before and had several positive experiences, but I cannot recommend them for this item.

It took 22 days for the shipment to arrive to my country in LATAM which is a bit over the median but its not the sellers fault. I would buy from them again.
