I like the item but it does not come with a charger. The seller is a little deceptive by saying it comes with a charging cable, which to me meant it did come with a charger. It is only a cable and without a special wall outlet that accepts this cable, you cannot charge the jumper. Solution, don't by the charger on Ebay, go Wal-Mart. Around $10.
