Easy installation with specific instructions. I got the threaded version to avoid squeaks, You do need the special wrench(s) and grease. I've got about 100 miles on them. no squeaking so far. Angular bearings are noticeably superior. I have ridden over 7 000 miles in last 4 years across four bikes, I definitely notice the smooth actions of the bearings.i am very pleased (so far).
