Planking
This has to be the easiest way for cutting your own planks, the Alaskan and a good saw you'll be on your way, works great for cutting disc the same thickness, only thing I can recommend is the rails for an easier set up on the initial cut, and let's not forget about a damn good chain. My first cut came out perfect.
