Item was listed as new, But it wasoutside box as well as device itself. The seller offered a refund , But was Rude rude and actually blamed me for the condition of the device period I'd rather cut my losses and throw itdoubt then to deal with him & beg for $25 back.

Seller she admitted she broke nose piece on it. Said had smudges that would not come off. Was new in box so dont know if manufacturers defect. Offered refund in full. Only neative feedback in over 10 years.
