    Good used part

    Processor had three bent pins, after straightening them install went OK, with a little TLC and patience. Packaging was good so not sure how it happened, not a big deal though.

    hp6550b quad core

    Hi,thanks for the processor. I tried it in the socket on the motherboard but didn`t fit. Why two legs on the processor was bend. Luckly i have over 20+years of knowlidge how to bend back the legs. After reparing etc. processor works fine.

    Worth buying and great performance

    When my Compaq Presario cq62's CPU died I went on a serch for a good CPU after looking for 30 mins of specs and capabilities decided on this CPU. It has bring my computer back from the dead and the process has double, it feels faster and runs cool. What really drives me to buy it was the vitalization capability now I can make a lot of testing on different scenarios in operating systems and expand the knowledge. Either you are looking for optimizing, for gaming or virtualization purposes, or repair a computer this is the right CPU for you.

    Great replacement

    Had dual core replced with this cpu.. a few more tweaks like upgrade to ssd hdd ..greatly improved the speed of laptop
