Received product not working ,do to poor packing from Bidtoown1012
I could have returned product for full refund and go through Ebay return process, but needed to complete task at hand
so I used what was good to make good product.
Cost me time and $.
Explained my situation ,never demanded just asked them to be fair and split with me
They took defense, denial of wrong doing
Bragged of plenty of experience with packaging items
no money returned, not a cent!

BEWARE OF BUYER! he claimed our item was damaged due to poor packaging but refused to provide photos of damage to the item or package. He then stated that he was able to repair the item and removed our warranty stickers from our unit days before contacting us. He demanded that we issue a refund & he keeps the item. KSU was tested & is warrantied but he refused replacement or to return for a full refund. he stated he would leave this feedback unless he received a refund to make him happy.
