Love the two speed option. The machine is very good quality and comes with 4 stuffing tube sizes which is perfect for me. I can do in minutes what it took in hours to do on an attachment to my kitchen aid mixer. The stuffer is easy to clean and comes with extra seals for the all-steel plunger. Very happy with my purchase.

A regular transmission table cost and weight for shipping cost two times more, this is possibly an alternate solution. Not mentioned in the description but the 2 inch sides are a separate. Packaged very well but still a very minor dent from the shipper. I don't blame the seller or manufacturer and would buy again. Seller shipped quickly.
