    Well made, very strong. Convenient hand loops the entire length

    Having Cerebral Palsy, I find that P.T. is very helpful, until the therapist is afraid to apply more pressure than they are comfortable with out of fear of injury. Understandable, but counter-productive. This PT strap not only allows me to properly stretch my legs but also helps with maintaining upper body strength as I am the one pulling against the tight leg muscles.

    Stretch-out Strap Quality and Appropriateness

    I purchased this for continuity of Physical Therapy at home. It is the exact item my P/T has me use at his P/T Center. I like that it is fabricated with equally spaced loops on either side of center, which enable stepped workouts for range-of-motion and strength conditioning. After use for one month, I purchased a second Stretch-out Strap for balanced work-outs.

    Everyone should own one of these!

    This strap is amazing. Got turned on to this strap by my physical therapist and I take it with me where ever I go. Very easy to pack and go. Purchased one for my dad who just underwent bilateral hip surgery, and for my sister who was interested after I told her how this strap.had helped me daily.

    Stretch Out Strap (SOS)

    This SOS is a “multi-talented” tool for many different stretching exercises. My main reason for buying it is that it is essential for stretching my very tight hamstring muscles, if no one else is available to help me to fully stretch my tight legs. This strap does the job very well. It’s the same strap that physical therapists use and recommend for their patients post-injury and post-surgery for the patient’s Rehab. Simple, but highly effective.
