    Simply amazing!

    Lets face it.... cars are a luxury, therefore an expense. The simple fact is, no matter how you look at it, even if your car runs perfect all the time, you still have to put gas in it to make it go. Expense! But who's car runs perfect all the time? If you have one, let me know so I can get one too! But honestly, at some point in time your car needs some attention. Whether it is the simple oil change, brakes, or something more difficult, wouldn't it be nice to do it yourself as opposed to shelling out a bunch of cash to have someone else do it for you? The Haynes line of repair manuals are perfect for the novice level and up do it yourselfers! Not only do they put the tasks in an easy to understand text, they use excellent photographs to accompany the written repair. Making this a extremely ...

    Very general information, lacking details.

    This manual is focused on disassembly and replacement. It doesn’t have year specific information. It only lightly covers trouble shooting and diagnostic steps which I was interested in.

    A lot of the info can be found online. This is general repair book. Good to have so you can reference what you already saw on youtube or to confirm other repair sources.

    Very helpful

    Very useful guide packed with info. The best part is that it mostly refers to my year camaro(1984) for most of the book for diagrams and such but it works for the other years as well. Has chapters on all the diffrent car systems including electrical, emissions, the carburator, transmission, ect. overal very helpful for any third generation camaro owner.

    Buy it and keep it in the car!

    I don't know what I would do without this book! Mine is covered with grease now. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't always tell you the easiest way to repair something. For example, it tells you take out most of the dash to replace the heater core, but I was able to replace mine just by removing the access panel on the passenger side. Maybe certain years are harder to replace than others and I got lucky!
