Two Kwikset privacy lever locksets were ordered and paid for on December 19,2023. Only one lockset arrived. Ionbaby23 stated that only one was purchased. Ebay customer service intervened and confirmed that two locksets were paid for. Ionbaby23 offered to reimburse me $17.80 out of $52.78 paid to them. I could not get Ebay to respond to questions. Item was returned and I was reimbursed $25.18. Loss was $27.60. This was a very bad experience for me and warn others not to use Ebay.
