    Impressively bad

    good: screen hinges never failed pretty slim and looks nice one of the first actual affordable laptops with a 1080p screen bad: touch screen is not that great screen assembly has terrible seals and will leak eventually creating bubbles on screen keyboard is known to short out motherboard is known to have random issues and shorts down the line unimpressive battery life average CPU Dell has never recognized any of the problems with this series of laptops. Even under warranty they would not fix anything.
