Item exactly as described. Seller actually ships items in a sort of balloon to prevent the hats from being crushed or damaged A++++++ on packaging. Seller shipped within a day….unfortunately at no fault of the seller USPS misplaced my package so it took a long time to receive 12 days, but they are still perfect, so I’ll order more 😝
