I really appreciate the efficiency with which this item opens pecans. The only issue encountered was that one of the two (2) nutcrackers received had a broken "locking pin" which I took photos of and provided the seller with and had no response to. I did, however, effect repair to the damaged one (and provided photos of same) to the seller - still with NO RESPONSE.
