Took a couple of days to ship as seller was short on some parts but let me know very clearly and offered a refund. I said I didn't mind and after a week it shipped and arrived quickly. The product itself feels great. I added some tape on the back of the fret in order to have it not rattle unpressed with Hobbycnc board.
