These work very well and EZ install
They seem to be of good quality material quite heavy. The fit and finish look very good they come shimmed and with extra shims if needed for proper alignment of the roller tips to the valve stem. I had to adjust the shimming a little on some valves but that was very simple. They come with new studs but be cautious as the studs are all the same length and you will need one longer bolt for each side or at least I did on my 1964 390. I had 2- 3 1/2" socket head bolts that I trimmed about 3/16 of a inch off of. Very easy to adjust and after I started the engine it ran much quieter with these adjustable rockers. I am very satisfied with them. I think they were worth the cost. You will have to buy ball and socket push rods for these. They seem to be of good quality material quite heavy. Poor adjuster machine work
I would not recommend this product for engines with high spring pressures, like Solid Roller springs. The ball end of the adjuster is machined incorrectly. The pushrod cup rides on the sides of the ball, which puts a lateral load on the pushrod cup. Broke a pushrod cup. Had to replace all the adjusters (ball) with dimensionally correct adjusters that ride in the bottom of the pushrod cup. This might be OK for hydraulic springs but cheap price doesn't offset the poor machine work. I would not recommend this product for engines with high spring pressures, like Solid Roller springs. You have to get different pushrods for these rockers. These rockers have a ball on the end so you have to get the cup style pushrods for it to all work
