When it does arrive it’s covered in mystery oil, stained and with an insanely strong chemical smell, after wiping it down with alcohol you can see how dirty it was - the strong smell still remains and makes the item unusable, take your money elsewhereReply from: officelogixshop- Feedback replied to by seller officelogixshop.- Feedback replied to by seller officelogixshop.While we have apologized to the customer multiple times. This order has been quite complex as the fulfillment team accidentally sent a FULL CHAIR instead of a mesh insert. The customer chose not to return the chair and instead reordered the mesh insert. We asked the customer to return the chair but they chose to ignore and threatened with negative feedback.

Only criticism is it didn't ship for several days after the label was created, so it was a couple days after the expected delivery date before it arrived. Not a big deal for me though. Chair was in a good shape and well packaged in the box. I can tell they put some love into refurbishing it and looks great. Good value for the price vs MSRP; is it perfect? No, as advertised.
