Service worked as explained. Yes, if you are not super computer literate it can have some bumps along the way, but rest assured this is a legit product and helpful customer service. Couple things to note: 1) Buy a 2.0 64GB USB thumb drive, it's like $8 on amazon but it's worth it. 2) Download / extraction takes a long time, be prepared to let your computer sit. 3) Upload to your car takes a very long time as well, be prepared to let your car sit (preferably running) for 1 hour.
