I had brought a fuel injection pump a few months ago from him, and had another tractor brake down so I emailed alexander what I needed for my tractor and didn't have all the part numbers. In a very short period of time he responded with part numbers and pics to make sure I was ordering the right parts. Shipping was quick and at a great value.
