It took away the pain after several 10 min sessions. Several days later and I'm pain free, and the knee seems to be good as new. My 91 yr old Mom has been using it on her hands and toes as well. Just 10 mins twice a day on high and her arthritis has improved. She is not in as much pain and she has more flexibility. I would recommend this to anyone.
