I've owned 3 or more of this exact model of vacuum. Obviously I'm fan. Why? Great suction, clearance of the lower part allows it to fit under many couches and other furniture pieces, excellent attachments, large dirt cup, etc. Lasts for years if you give it attention every once awhile by removing rubbish around the beater bar so it doesn't tax the motor.

It was meant to be detachable so you could change the unit around to suit different purposes, however it’s plastic so its grip where it attaches is very loose. So every time you grab the vacuum to get to work the stupid handle comes off in your hand. So that’s the only reason (a big one) I regret this purchase.

Tried to contact them, no response, had to get eBay involved to send it back and get a refund.
