I bought this fur coat for my Barbie doll, as the description said, but when I received the coat, it obviously was way too big for a Barbie doll. The seller told me to return the coat, but then never approve my return, so I had to sit and wait until the time passed for eBay to step in and accept my return. This was the sellers fault, not mine, so to make a customer have to wait to return an item is very unprofessional. Poor customer service.

I did not have a Barbie to try the coat on... I added a photo of a ruler across the coat to see the size. She asked for a return I told her to send it back for a full refund. I was out of town and didn't realize I hadn't approved the return. This would have been avoided had she just sent me a message instead of sitting there and waiting. Obviously I would have approved the return. I am very professional, Over 30,000 sales and zero negative. Speak up. Ask questions. I'm here to help.
