A+ for the transaction. Arrived with one shattered and one chipped quartz sleeve. Seller was kind enough to reship my order. F - for instructions which are totally useless. Luckily I found an installation video for an identical unit online. They show that you remove both end caps from steel housing. Slide quartz sleeve through steel housing then slip o-rings over each end of sleeve. Replace end caps then snug enough to seal.Decent instructions would have saved so much time.
