I purchased an XSX with a broken HDMI port locally to repair for myself which I have the skill to do. I tore down the console to find the previous owner ripped some pads off the motherboard attempting the repair themselves and I unfortunately do not have the skill to jump those traces.
Eleet Distributors does. They assured me they could complete the repair. Once my console was received by them the repair was complete in two days and shipped out expediently. A+++++ cannot recommend more highly

Seller was very communicative into purchase and repair send in. After order was received communication stopped for 8 days due to a hurricane backup 3 weeks prior. Was not mentioned prior to ordering while chatting.
I did ultimately get my ps5 back fixed but slower than advertised. 10 days in shop turn around time was my personal experience.
