I bought two Disney light-up magician wands from this seller. One works—lights up as it is supposed to. The other doesn’t. Only the red color lights up. No other colors. Broken. This was a gift for a little boy who was totally disappointed. I messaged the seller about this and never heard back.

We were on away due to moving our office. We reached out as soon as we returned and the seller didn't respond for a few days. We offered to replace the item, but had no response from the buyer. The item was new, we had sent out several without issue. We had no idea the item was defected.
