After I ordered from them, the medical device I ordered was shipped from their US warehouse immediately. Unfortunately their US warehouse was out of test strips and so they had to be shipped from China which would take 10-20 days. They were very communicative, and not only did they apologize but they offered to send me an extra test strips for the inconvenience. I highly recommend doing business with this seller!
