Excellent service and the Fitbit arrived in very good condition. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour and on contacting the company they were SO helpful - they send out a new Fitbit with a return label for me to send back the wrong one. Amazing customer service, not many companies would send out a replacement without receiving the old one back first!
