      Does not fit 16 inch bike.

      The kick stand appears to be of good quality, easy to install. However, I put it on my grand daughters brand new 16 inch bicycle and it was about 3 inches to long. I had to cut off both the outer and inner tube of the stand. Also, had to drill a new hole through the stand to put the set screw. Needless to say, It will only fit on this bike now and I will not be able to use it when she moves up to the next size and so on. I would say maybe for a 20 inch bike minimum ( Maybe ).

      Good sturdy stand...but breaks easy if abused.

      I gave this 4 stars because I broke my last one by rolling the bike backwards....the stand stop tab breaks very easily and leaves the stand unusable. If you remember so always put the stand up before rolling the bike backwards the stand will last for years and works excellent.

      Adjustable bike kickstand

      Very sturdy strong spring adjustable leg kick stand with nice flat bottom plate. Fits on the chainstays as usual with nice fat clamp plate. My trail bike has bolt plate so just bolt it on, set length using phillips screwdriver and RIDE! Many bikes don't have a stand so this baby is perfect for them. I hate leaning bike against something where is usually falls down..frustrating without a nice sturdy stand that won't easily sink into soft ground.

      Adjustable and........... did I say, adjustable ;-))

      I am joyous over the adjustable feature. I've always been concerned if I cut the kick stands length, that I will cut it to short. So the bike either stands to straight and falls over or it's a tad to short and yup.......the bike falls over. I was so glad to have found this stand on eBay. Great stand at a great price.
