I have actually REQUESTED to cancel the transaction, because the Buyer has requested to receive the item without fully paying for it (following his Ebay purchase confirmation), pretending he wants to make some inspections, and after this was refused, the buyer continued using false accusations and bad language. An absolute scammer!
