Instead, I requested that they remove the misleading term “2x” from the product description. Their response was to increase the price by 50p leaving the description unchanged. I opened one packet because l wanted to check if it was ok to keep it even if it was different. But the lingering fragrance reminded me of cheap soap. I complained and wanted a refund. The seller was rude, told me l was ungrateful and did not want my advice, since l had suggested giving an accurate description in future. Told me that l won't get all the refund because l had opened a box. I threw away the incense.
