This is a used Q9400 CPU,we also noted it is used condition in listing.Buyer think it is not new and told us item doesn't work.We replyed soon and told him if item doesn't work we will arrange full refund or resend.Before that pls let us help you check what is problem first.But he just want full refund and don't have time to test.Although we explained it is normal aftersale process,he still threatening to leave a negative review if not refunded.
