Item was listed (& priced) as new, however the box was clearly opened, ripped up, & taped shut. The item itself was possibly used - a lot of dirt & dust inside the box and some minor scuffs/scratches on the mixer, as well as some strange white dots on the bottom. I would not have paid this price if I had known what I would be receiving.

This dishonest business sold me a cheap, defective product and they refused to reimburse me. And, no matter what I tried, Ebay could not be reached to assist. Their website claims they will help in situations like this but it's a lie.
