Item was described as "new and uncut." Upon opening the package, I could clearly see that the pattern was definitely cut and that pieces were missing. I contacted the seller but did not receive a response. So I went straight to Ebay and requested a refund which the seller accepted right away. I returned the pattern and did get my money back but I have no idea why the seller would not get back with me! Not the most pleasant experience.
