I had owned this book before, but it was lost for one reason or another. The book is great - it has fantastic photographs of this fair city along with some before photographs for comparison between then and now.

An incredible keepsake!
I lived in Wheeling, Illinois (suburb of Chicago) from 2000-2004. I found that I wanted to take some sort of keepsake of Chicago before I moved back to Canada. This book was my ideal choice. The book combines stunning photography from above along with before and after pictures to show how the city has grown. It helps provide friends of ours that have never been to Chicago see what the city is like. So that when we are talking about a certain area we can give them the book to look at it.
