They think the NEW pump doesn't have to work out of the box. They think I should buy new parts to repair the pump. I paid to ship the pump back to their technical department and they said the valve is bad and that I should buy a new one. The pump didn't work from day one. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase anything from this business..
