    Perfect Example

    This S.D.R.E. cd is a classic example of mid-90's alt rock. With a sound that's unique enough to make it stand out, and yet form-fit enough to represent the time it came from. "Diary" takes you right back to the basics: Solid, tight musicianship paired with a natural, unforced sound that makes you want to keep listening. The only down side is that if you're on the fence about Sunny Day real Estate, this cd can get a little monotonous as their sounds is similar in much of what they play. If you can handle that, then this is a classic representation of 94'.

    SDR GREAT CD !!!

    This is one of the best and most underrated bands to ever come out of Seattle WA. hey were eclypsed by that of nirvana, mudhoney, pearl jam, and others. But Sunny day realestate was head and shoulders better than all the aformantioned bands. To bad they never got the recognition they deserved. this CD is there first LP and musicaly beautiful, lyricaly abstract, all in all this is as perfect of a cd that you can get. I had to get this one because my original wad messed up due to having something spilled on it. and the cover was destroyed. and I need to have every thing in MINT its part of my OCD. get this cd NOW! M

    Essential Rock Album of the 1990s

    An essential alternative rock listen. Very sweet melodies, but angry at the same time. Sunny Day Real Estate are slept on, but really should be bigger.
