Although on the first order they sent the wrong items, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately for the second order the items were defective - the motors did not turn the worm drive - very poor design and low quality parts. Nevertheless, they did provide a full refund with no delay on both orders. So, they seem to at least be a reputable seller - but they should be more careful! I am only giving 5 stars because the provided refunds in both cases with no delay.
