    Kai is the best. At what? Communication. We had some issues with USPS and he and I communicated literally every day while I was out of the country for 12 days. Upon return, I head over to the post office? It’s there but no one paid attention to the hold and release dates we put in on line. The set? The best packing I’ve ever seen. The best panda set I’ve seen. I’d buy again; today in fact!!! Kai is warm, kind, and a consummate professional. And his ‘Chinese is pretty good!!!’ English? Superb.
