    GREAT Seller, iamworkinghard... This lovely "Sky Blue" neck tie, as I would call it, is exactly 3 inches wide at the bottom, which I beleive is average for todays neck ware... The only label on it says that it is "Hand Made", it Does Not say what it is made of but to me, it feels as though, it was made of Silk, it feels that nice...! Thank You very much for this Deal!
