This is definitely a go-to for anyone who is anemic
I have been anemic for quite some time always taking iron pills daily suffering from the side effects of constipation from the iron pills just a consistent battle and my iron levels were always down. I started looking into natural ways to build my blood and I came across this Blood builder at a natural food store. Mind you I had just started taking iron pills two years prior to starting this blood Builder, and just a few weeks after starting this Blood Builder it had brought me back up to where I needed to be with my iron set a whole 2 years worth of iron pills could never do! Some time ago (10 years) I needed to supplement my diet with iron. My doctor recommended an over the counter supplement but, the more I read about OTC iron supplement and the subscription kind I realized that there can be some side effects in taking them. I found this one from Megafood which was all plant based and considerably more gentle on the digestive track. I checked out a few local health food stores and spoke to some of the experts and they all recommended the Megafood Blood Builder. When I asked why they consistently stated that many of their customers (older/Seniors) were buying this one as it was easily absorbed and did not cause any of the side effects of the OTC's and prescriptions.
