The item itself was exactly what we needed, and it worked well to fix the car. Unfortunately DHL was uncomfortable to work with. The package was not properly labeled. My name was the ‘delivered to’ and the physical address, then the city. DHL tracked me down via phone & in a very scam-like harassing way-tried to pressure me for my address. I appreciate them finding me, however, it was odd & felt like a scam with texts like “we have your package., tell us where you live” saying it was from China
