1. If the screw is overtightened, the head of the screw would go into the middle of the pipe, and in order to take it out, it was necessary to widen the hole on one side of the parts1. 2. The root of the caster is weak. If you put a 30lbs printer on it and move it on the carpet, the caster at the base will bend (plastic part). These problems are not the kind of problems that can be solved by seller's support.
